  • Prepare rental agreements for long term rent

  • Do Inventory lists

  • Perform reglular inspection of the property

  • Recommend repairs and improvements

  • Welcome guests, check-in and check-out

  • Revise property condition

  • Maintain and administer accounting

  • Bill payment service

  • Supervise staff when applies(cleaning, pool, garden, repairs)

  • Send monthly financial statements

  • Provide maintenance services coordination with experienced contractors

  • Coordinating airport transfers, and extra services such as chef, private driver or babysitting
